Create New User's Accounts Page

In order to access the "Finance Report Electronic Filing Upload Portal" the following criteria must be met.

1. Create an User Id and password.
2. Fillout the online signature application and print it.
3. Have the signature application notarize and filed with the Elections Administrator's Office.

Create an User ID and password.

Password needs to have a minimum length of six characters and must contain at least one non-alphanumeric character (numbers are not considered non-alphanumeric characters).

After successfully creating an User id and password the online signature page will be presented.
